Order Processing

Orders are packed and processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Orders $50.00 and up: Free Standard Shipping, estimated 3 to 4 business days, not guaranteed.

Orders Below $49.99: $5.95 flat rate Standard Shipping, estimated 3 to 4 business days, not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Order Address and Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Dube Papers is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues after dispatch.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
